To some people they talk about diversity and inclusion because it’s a tick list at work. However, to Bethany Berry this is her passion because this is what she stands for. She stands for herself but mainly for others/everyone and this is something I truly admire about Bethany. The courage to speak so strongly about the differences people have to deal with in life from cultures to disabilities, Bethany can relate to most. Being down to earth and relatable to the facts being people are naïve to Diversity and Inclusion is the barrier Bethany actively makes awareness of to break it down. The key role Bethany passionately wants is that people have the acceptance in all aspects of life such as work or social. Knowing Bethany for the length of time I have, she just oozes excitement and emotion because she hasn’t had it easy herself and this drives the passion to make the change. I have the upmost respect for Bethany Berry and I will continue to support her and the passion she has.
