Understanding Intersectionality in the Workplace
Session Description: This online training session will provide HR managers and staff with an
introduction to the concept of intersectionality and how to apply an intersectional lens to HR
policies and practices. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how different social
identities and power structures intersect to impact employee experiences and outcomes.
